About Kris

My Story
I spent many years in sales and business development, working closely with companies and teams to build relationships, solve problems, and support growth. Over time, I discovered that one of my greatest strengths was helping people step back, see the bigger picture, and find clarity in the middle of stress or complexity. After a decade of personal study and exploration in wellness, stress regulation, and human behavior, I began bringing these insights into my work. Today I speak and facilitate conversations that help individuals and organizations reconnect with clarity, presence, and more effective ways of working and living.
My Background
My career began in the business world, where I spent many years working in sales and leadership roles. I loved helping customers, training teams, and understanding how businesses grow. Through that experience, I naturally developed a skill for recognizing patterns—seeing where communication breaks down, where stress builds, and where simple shifts in perspective can create meaningful change.
Why I do This work
Like many people, my interest in stress and wellbeing became personal before it became professional. Over the past decade I’ve explored many approaches to understanding the connection between the mind, body, and how we respond to life’s challenges. What I discovered is that small shifts in awareness can create powerful changes in how we experience work, relationships, and daily life.
