For years, I believed managing stress meant optimizing my habits—especially my diet. I spent nearly a decade experimenting with protocols and discipline, trying to solve fatigue and overwhelm from the outside in.

 

What I eventually discovered was that my nervous system—not my habits—was the missing piece. Once I understood how to regulate pressure instead of just manage it, everything changed.
