For years, I believed optimizing my health meant optimizing my diet. I spent nearly a decade experimenting with food, protocols, and discipline—trying to solve fatigue and stress through nutrition alone. What I eventually discovered was that my nervous system, not my diet, was the missing piece. Once I began understanding regulation instead of restriction, everything shifted. That insight now informs the work I bring to teams and professionals today.
