The Shift That Changed Everything

​For years, I believed optimizing my health meant optimizing my diet. I spent nearly a decade experimenting with food, protocols, and discipline—trying to solve fatigue and stress through nutrition alone. What I eventually discovered was that my nervous system, not my diet, was the missing piece. Once I began understanding regulation instead of restriction, everything shifted. That insight now informs the work I bring to teams and professionals today.

I bring intimate stories and reflections along with the basics on how the body works when navigating through daily inputs and stressors.  My presentation is delivered in a humorous and light hearted way  so participants can see the difference small pivots in their routine can make to bring calm and presence back into their work and home life.
