Educational Seminars

to facilitate real change in your health you have to learn how to listen to your body. These education seminars are built to teach you how to do just that.  

Do you feel stuck in a world of counting numbers to define your health?  How many steps have you walked?  How many calories have you eaten?  How many points have you logged? Do you ever wonder why we are still in a health crisis with all of this data we collect?  It's because we have it all wrong.

There are a couple of key elements to my wellness seminars that facilitate real change for those who take them. 

​

1. Getting back to the basics...

     How many seminars have you been to that tell you to eat 3 servings of fruits and vegetables a day?  Enough already. What you really need to know is HOW your body works and how it converts food into fuel!  This knowledge is a game changer. 

​

2.  Self-Awareness and a personalized wellness plan.

    Definition: feeling, experiencing or noticing something about yourself as an individual different from others around you!  You have to find your personal sweet spot when it comes to your health.  This will include what foods are the optimum fuel for you, how much sleep do you need, how much exercise do you require.  

 

3. Listening to your intuition...

     This is an amazing tool to live your best life.  We all have a built in "gut" feeling called intuition.  We mostly crowd it out to fit in with what everyone else is doing.  When you learn to listen and guide your health with this amazing tool, it will never let you down!

Learning these techniques paired with changing old eating habits will fill you with energy and clarity! 

 

So...

Now that you know their is a better way to change your health you need to decide, are you looking for a one time class, a series of classes or a one day retreat?  

 

You can bundle classes together and have them presented one session a week for several weeks.  This is a great way for your group to bite off small bits of information each week and build on them as they go! This offers the most success for the participants.  Often they are given in a lunch and learn style during the workday.
